AmniShield Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using AmniShield, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific legal notices published by Alhaq Initiative.
2. License and Allowed Use
AmniShield is currently provided for personal and family use. Organizational or institutional use may require separate licensing terms in the future.
3. Feature and Permission Requirements
Some AmniShield features require Android platform permissions and services, including:
- Accessibility Service
- Usage Access
- Overlay (draw over other apps)
- Notifications
- Boot restart handling
- Package visibility
- Optional Device Administrator
If you deny or revoke required permissions, related features may not function correctly.
4. Account, Premium, and Billing
Certain features require sign-in and/or premium entitlement. Purchases and subscription renewals are processed via the Google Play Store (for mainstream playstore builds) or Lemon Squeezy (for F-Droid/Universal builds). Billing, cancellations, refunds, and tax handling are governed by the respective platform's terms and applicable laws. Offline license keys are validated cryptographically on-device.
5. Privacy and Data Handling
Please read our Privacy Policy for details. AmniShield is designed as local-first and privacy-first. Sensitive processing is performed on-device, and sharing diagnostics is user-initiated.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use AmniShield to harm, monitor, profile, or coerce others without lawful authority and consent.
- Remove legal notices or attribution.
- Attempt to bypass protections for unlawful purposes.
- Use AmniShield in ways that violate applicable laws.
7. Religious and Safety Guidance
Religious content and wellness tooling are provided in good faith. You remain responsible for personal decisions and should consult qualified scholars for jurisprudential rulings.
8. Updates and Changes
We may update the app and these Terms over time. Continued use after publication of updated Terms indicates acceptance.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using AmniShield at any time. We may limit feature access or future cloud-linked services in cases of misuse or legal non-compliance.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
AmniShield is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alhaq Initiative is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of AmniShield.
