Pre-Registration Reward & Founder Pass Terms

1. Overview and Promoter Identity

These Pre-Registration Reward & Founder Pass Terms and Conditions (the "Offer Terms") govern the promotional offer provided by Al-Haq Studio ("we," "our," "us"), wholly owned and operated by Habibur Rahman Mukhlis as a UK sole trader, behind the Al-Haq Initiative ecosystem, for the mobile software application known as AmniShield.

The promotion is identified in Google Play Developer Console and in-app billing manifests by Product Identifier amnishield_founder_pass. By participating in this pre-registration promotion or redeeming the Founder Pass, you agree to these Offer Terms, which supplement the master AmniShield Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Redemption Window

• Google Play Pre-Registration: Any individual who pre-registers for AmniShield via the Google Play Store prior to general public availability is eligible to receive the Founder Pass reward upon initial installation and first launch during the promotional availability window.
• Promotional Window: Google Play automatically delivers the pre-registration reward to eligible pre-registered users who install the application within the launch redemption window designated in the Google Play Console (typically up to thirty (30) calendar days from official public release).
• F-Droid / Open-Source Parity: In adherence to our commitment to open-source software integrity, non-Google Play users installing via F-Droid or direct APK distribution may claim equivalent early-adopter founder access directly within the in-app "Our Journey & Founders" screen without requiring Google Play Services or proprietary billing frameworks.
• Single Account / Device Limit: The Founder Pass reward is limited to one (1) redemption per user, Google account, or physical device. Redemptions cannot be duplicated, sold, transferred, or bartered.

3. Detailed Reward Specification and Entitlements

Upon claiming the Founder Pass (amnishield_founder_pass), the recipient is granted the following four (4) core entitlements:

• Automatic Entitlement Detection: On first launch after installing the pre-registration release, the Google Play Billing client queries active entitlements and detects amnishield_founder_pass.
• Explicit User Confirmation: In accordance with our ethical software standards, rewards are not forced silently. An interactive dialog ("Founder Pass Invitation") is displayed to the user.
• Supporter Handle Input: Users may supply an optional nickname, handle, or pseudonym (e.g., "FocusPioneer"). Real names are never mandatory. If left blank, the handle defaults to "Anonymous Supporter".
• Opt-In Consent Checkbox: Inclusion on the public Hall of Fame wall requires affirmative, explicit consent via an opt-in toggle. Users who uncheck this option will receive all premium features, the Founder theme, and the badge locally without having their pseudonym published.
• Purchase Acknowledgment: Upon user confirmation, the application acknowledges the zero-dollar purchase token with the Google Play Billing server (acknowledgePurchase) to finalize the transaction in accordance with Google Play Billing policies.

5. Duration, Expiration, and Zero Auto-Billing Guarantee

• 90-Day Calculation: The 3-month Full Security Suite access begins at the exact moment of claim and continues for ninety (90) consecutive calendar days.
• Monotonic Hardware Protection: Expiration is tracked using a combination of wall-clock time and device monotonic elapsed uptime (SystemClock.elapsedRealtime()). Rolling back the device system clock will not extend or manipulate the entitlement window.
• Graceful Transition: At the conclusion of the 90-day period, the application gracefully reverts to the permanent 100% Free Core Protection tier (all core app blocking, 50,000+ domain filter, local keyword filter, and focus schedules remain fully functional and free forever).
• Permanent Retained Perks: Even after the 90-day security suite period concludes, the Founder Obsidian Gold Theme, the Founder Supporter Badge, and the Supporters Wall listing remain permanently active on the device as a lifetime token of our gratitude.

6. Privacy, Zero Telemetry, and Data Sovereignty

AmniShield operates under strict zero-knowledge architectural principles:

• 100% On-Device Processing: Blocker node inspection, URL analysis, and LiteRT visual moderation run entirely on local device hardware. No screen frames, browsing logs, or inspected content are ever transmitted to any remote server.
• No Tracking Identifiers: We do not collect or log International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) numbers, MAC addresses, SIM serials, or persistent advertising IDs.
• Offline Storage: Your Founder Pass entitlement, handle preference, and local tamper counters are saved strictly in private application preferences on your local storage.

7. Exclusions, Platform Limitations, and Fair Use

• Emergency Dialers and Public Safety: In strict compliance with regulatory safety standards, AmniShield never blocks or interferes with emergency calling (911, 999, 112), emergency SOS broadcasts, active system software keyboards (IMEs), or default home launchers.
• Platform Restrictions: The availability and operation of anti-uninstall features depend on Android operating system permissions (Device Administration and Accessibility Services). Modifying or revoking these system permissions via device settings or operating system task managers may limit background enforcement.
• Prohibited Misuse: Claiming the offer using automated scripts, emulation farms, decompiled packages, or fraudulent token generation is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate revocation of founder privileges.

8. Disclaimers, Warranty, and Limitation of Liability

The Founder Pass and all associated software features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Al-Haq Studio makes no warranties that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all custom device OEM firmware skins.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Al-Haq Studio and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Founder Pass or AmniShield software.

9. Modifications and Governing Law

We reserve the right to amend, update, or discontinue this promotion if technical anomalies, fraud, or unforeseen platform policy changes occur. Any material updates to these Offer Terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

These Offer Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of England.
